Chemical Dependency Treatment for Adults
INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT (IOP) CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY (CD) Program for ADULTS
  • A year long program (continuous, new clients can join in at any time)
  • For ages 18 and above
  • Geared for working professionals
  • Maximum of eight in the group at any one time
  • Before entering group, client will need to schedule a 1 hour appointment with Anthony Callens, MSW, LCSW
  • Dr. Richard Montgomery, the Medical Director of the Summit IOP for Adults, is available for clinical consultation and medication management
  • There are 12 - 16 weeks of the Intensive Portion of the program
    • Attendance sheets will be kept; absences require a doctor's note, etc.
    • Group will be held M, T, & Th evenings starting at 6:00p
    • Group is 9 therapy hours per week
    • Treatment includes family participation
    • Program Includes:
      • Education about Chemical Dependency
      • How to live with Addiction
      • Relapse Prevention

  • In addition to the group meetings, clients are required to join AA and attend 2 meetings a week and work the 12-step program.
  • Must also find a sponsor
  • After completion of the intensive portion of treatment, clients are offered a weekly 1 hour “Aftercare” meeting.
  • TO GRADUATE: clients must have 12 POSITIVE weeks in Intensive Outpatient Treatment
    • Anthony Callens, MSW, LCSW will assess weekly progress
  • Prior to entering program a $1000.00 deposit is required
  • Total cost for the program is $4750.00 (minus $1000.00 deposit, balance is $3750.00)
    • Some insurance companies will pay, clients need to check with their Insurance Company for specific coverage details
    • We expect payment in full to make up for what insurance does not pay
    • We will accept payment arrangements, but Payment In Full must be received prior to graduation
